The Fedral government has no Consitutional authority in which to control any drugs. Unless they are shipped across state lines. If someone grows it and sells it locally/or other wise I have no problems with that. OGM
In fact, dot gov has a lot of authority over the "common weal" under the Constitution. The problem is in the interpretation about what is good for all and where the control should be exercised. Looks to me like eliminating alcohol across the board didn't work (but states internal controls are still in place) no reason to expect these broad brush prohibitions won't stand too much longer either.
If I am ever able to retire, I fully intend to grow marijuana and smoke it daily. I have way too much propensity for violence to do anything else; I want to be a "Stoner" and eat Oreos all day. Will somebody please put another Grateful Dead album on?
