First Told Tales of a Moose

Moose Grandpa2.JPG

In the way of introduction to my life and times, I think this portrait of my grandfather, Mortimer Adler Moose I, is fitting. Old Grandpa Moose was a prominent figure in my early life. He had a rack that was envied by every moose that entered our territory. I didn't know much about my grandmother as her name was unspoken by my bretheren after the scandal. Apparently, during her first estrus following my father's birth, she became quite enamored of a passing minstrel moose and deserted her family for a life on the road with that scoundrel, never to be heard from again. Grandpa was so heartbroken, he never wavered from his bachelorhood and as an old buck, remained close to his birthplace until he died of old age back in 2001. At least he didn't end up mounted on the living wall of some yahoo in Trailer Park, USA

Just can't wait to get on the road again. The life I love is making music with my friends. And I can't wait to get on the road again

I think I'll get to bed early tonight. Got a lot to contemplate. My old buddy Frankie wants me to be his constitutional lab rat. It's making me a little nervous
