Anyone living underground or have a tunnel for when SHTF? If so, any information you care to share about it?
Having seen some discussion here and on other survival forums, I'm hashing out ideas for an underground (whole or partial, depends on water table) shelter. Two basic ways to go - far in the back of my property behind the garage (out of sight of neighbors) or immediately behind the house, extending below a large concrete pad for my metal storage building. That would have advantages, including a possible escape tunnel from the house itself.
