    Looks like a damned fine recipe....will give it a go. I find that the best cooking comes with sharing the preparation. The enjoyment is not just in the sitting down and eating, but the pleasures of doing something together, smelling the aroma of the ingredients as they are being prepared and cooked, and talking about the days events, with a glass of wine, or beer....I wish you and your Mrs an enjoyable V-Day and a very tasty meal, Gator.
