Next step is the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals that will uphold the ban before it goes to the Supreme Court where Kennedy will break the 4-4 split and side with California.
I read about this but CA still has their special AR's now. Not sure if the mag ban will have an effect on the special guns that are Cal approved.
