Besides the usual knives, axes, and saws of “bushcraft,” sustained fieldcraft–defined as the art of living skillfully in the field for extended periods–sometimes requires a variety of useful tools that military and survival (72 hours or less) fieldcraft seldom do. Here’s a list of some of the tools I use in fieldcraft regularly.
