Thanks guys and gal. No I didn't have too much wine last night, just exhausted from chasing my 3 year old nephew. That kid is built like a tank. Tonight it's an all adult crew for dinner and we're having something besides hamburgers Okay bubba (I did not nickname him okay...he got that one all on his own) didn't have any hamburger and ate crackers - and fed his mother vegetables dipped in ranch dressing (he's a helpful child). Ice cream finished it off. Then back to running up and down the wheelchair ramp in the garage with me picking him up at the end of the ramp and turning him around (the highlight of his night as he expressed it since he grabbed my hand and made me go do it some more with him). I'm happy since he said my name - he's come a long way in a remarkably short time for a kid who is autistic. He's now talking and hearing my name was one of the best birthday presents I could of ever had. Today I get to go to the gun show (and I don't have to cook my own dinner ) I even slept in - didn't get out of bed till 7:30 am this morning. Halffast - 49 candles. At 8:32 am anyway (according to my birth certificate).

Update, my father called me. So no gunshow today but going out to lunch. I've now got to run up and find a wedding anniversary card for him (I was going to do that later today and drop it off at his place after the gun show), for him and his wife. They got married on my birthday. Dang, what to wear??? I'm happy that he's feeling well enough to go out. Cancer has not been good to him this past 1 1/2 years.
