Bear, do what I'm doing...if I win the knife is going to Australia. In other words see that it goes to someone else? Don't get me wrong I'd love to own it because I love Valkman's knives but I also want to spread the wealth so to speak. And I've been very lucky of late in receiving...I see no reason why not try and see to it that others get an extra chance in their favor.

Melbo, that says alot (to me) about the "members" who didn't respond. I guess a certain percentage of membership will always be DOA, where they register and never come back. Just an FYI on the mass email, I get notices when I get PMs here on my email and they come through fine but for some reason my filter did put that email in the junk mail, so some MAY not have gotten it.

Wow!! This made my day. My dog got killed on Sunday and I have been pretty down. This makes me feel a little better. I don't post here but I do check the posts regularly, lots of good info. I will post about the knife when I get it. BTW Valkman, I didn't pay much attention to your knife because, well lets just say that I am not too lucky, and knew that I would never win. But the knife has great lines, can't wait to use it. Thank you, and a great Thanksgiving to all my American brothers and sisters!

Thanks guys. Our dog, Roscoe, was our kid. He was abused and about to be shot, so we took him 3 yrs. ago. Took over a year for him to trust us. He finally figured he had it good with us. As we were going into the house, a car went down the street and he had to chase it... I am heart broken. Anyway, thanks for the concern, and I wish you all a great Thanksgiving.
