I l have brussle sprouts, bacon and butter. I looked up a Keto recipe for this and it is so easy. I think the boys will actually eat brussle sprouts if bacon is involved.

Lol Yup, I just fry some bacon, remove from pan and throw in butter and brusslesprouts, fry till going a bit golden and if needed, add a lil water and put the lid on to steam till cooked through, then cook off any remaining water, toss the chopped bacon back in with some salt, pepper and pine nuts... add a lil maple syrup if you want extra special. Thats it.

The farmers, butcher, and fishmonger in your town must love you dearly. I don't see legumes in your recipes. Is that a Keto thing or personal preference?
Lol, yeah... Im still training my butcher... he keeps having panic attacks when telling me the order totals... to used to people wanting lean meat and cheap. Both, keto is low carb (like super low carb) and ive never liked legumes.. they make me feel bloated and lathargic.
