Hopefully these are intended to finally corral the out of control Congress critters! I would vote for "Liberal Re-education Camps" that teach firearms safety and marksmanship, how to stockpile food, where and how to build a cache, survival and medical responder skills, land navigation, comms procedures, etc. Somehow I suspect that isn't what the feds had in mind, though. It is amazing what weird projects get funding while basic things like a BORDER FENCE languish. ETA: Note this started under Clinton when he was hell bent to find domestic terrorists, not foreign ones like John Hussein Doe #2 or OSAMA BIN BOMBING LADEN!!! Amazing how even long after Bill "Cigar" Clinton has been booted from office that his paranoid schemes live on. Geez!
