neat and the peacetime uses are? junkyards? scrapping ships? after this weapon neutralizes every enemy (real or imagined), we need another use for it. Jim
the french a few years back developed a sound weapon for crowd control. it emits a low frequency sound that makes the walls of the intestine resonate and relax. which without a saying is very demoralizing to the crowd. I think these would be a better weapon to mount on self aiming turrets on the border.
