Imprisoning the citizens of a foreign country, without that country's consent, is pretty shaky if said foreigners are on our soil. If they're in their home country, it's an overt an act of war.

Just another indicator on how much rot we have in washington. Are you surprised ? I mean we don't abide by the geneva convention anymore. Hell we don't even need a judge to invade our own citizen's privacy. What is just mere kidnaping even if it is an allied state ? This is what happens when we DON'T hold our leaders responsible for their actions. (government worker immunity from civil liability)

This short excerpt right up front caught my eye.:

A senior lawyer for the American government has told the Court of Appeal in London that kidnapping foreign citizens is permissible under American law because the US Supreme Court has sanctioned it.
"We told a soverieign country "This is permissible because our court says it is.." egads...wtf????I wonder if a british court would disagree??you know what this leads to? They slip us a list of dissidents , we kidnap them, they dissappear, we slip them a list of Ron Paul;supporters they kidnap us, we dissappear.
