I’m Going to Ketchikan!

It’s a family trip but I’m going anyway. Wish me luck, lots of mountaintops to miss on the flight up.

Years ago, I was sent there to convert a couple of banks over to a new computer system
The only place in town that served food and was truly No Smoking was the local Subway shop, it was run by a retired Coastie.
I ate 3 meals a day there for the better part of 3 weeks.
Happily, the store had enough variety and good food //and coffee// I never tired of eating in.

I have zero desire to return.

 

I have more content, this one cost me around $300 before I even left Seattle! At least I made it. Try finding coffee here before 5AM, try finding anything! Lol.

Not much else to do in the city except 'touristy things' and drinking.

Get out aways a bit, the fishing can be decent.
