Graffiti? Taggers? What a stupid lie. If you want to catch someone who just committed a crime on camera do you tell him and give him a chance to get away or do you quietly take the photo to the DA, get a warrant and arrest him? The only use these cameras can have is to control the movements of citizens in a future martial law situation.
Just like the telescreens in 1984. What is going to keep the graffiti artist from wearing bandanna's over their faces and wearing the exact same clothes. Also would like to know what a air rifle could do to those cameras?
