Combine all ingredients except grouper, mixing well. Place fillets on an oiled broiler pan and brush fillets with honey glaze to cover. Broil 5 to 6 inches from heat for 4 to five minutes until browned. Turn fillets, brush with honey glaze and broil additional 5 minutes or until fish flakes easily.

Well this may sound smart assed, but did you consider typing "alligator" in the search block towards the top right, and clicking "search"? I just did and immediately was directed to 10 gator recipes.
I am reasonably certain Queen Conch are protected in Florida Waters. Additionally you will probably not find sea turtle recipes, or Cooter (land tortoise) recipes either. ...... but, of course, you are yanking my chain and knew all of that all along. . There are however 4 "fritter" recipes. 3 of which look pretty good to me.
