How long can I run my DuroMax XP13000EH Continuously? I live on the Texas coast and Beryl knocked out my power and it may be days before it is restored. I know I need to change the oil every 100 hours. I have a 500 gallon propane tank so it will run a few days. Do I need to kill it every now and then and let it cool down for a couple of hours?

Nope , just don't abuse it and let it run when YOU need to do things . Don't waste fuel to charge cells phones , get a PLAN and shit /shower / shave / charge and cook breakfast , then , finish with power , shut off and have a beer and watch . Keep lights off at night and be quite on the running

I always check the oil once a day because even a new engine needs to burn some oil breaking in the cylinder(s)
Mine are Nat.gas fueled, Wife is happy!

Having been through a few hurricanes, ration your use. If you need it, use it...but rarely is there a need to run it 24/7. If you need a generator for small items, a much smaller (1500 - 2500 watt) inverter generator would be a more economical choice. Even then, continuous operation usually is not required.
Remember, propane and gasoline refills may not be forthcoming for a while.

Like the others said, ration use and have a plan to get things done when it is running.
Yours is not a prime power generator but rather a standby generator, which means it isn't built for heavily loaded continuous use.

Ideally IMO, one would have a battery bank they are charging while doing everything else.

Only run it at say half of what it's "rated for".
If you try running full power the manual will tell you how long it can handle full power, it could be as little as 5 minutes to as much as 20 minutes.
Unless it's got an oil filter you probably want to change the oil more like every 50 hours if has an oil filter you could go more like 100 to 200hrs.
Probably want to use an oil that ends in 40 if you have any.
Try to only run it for several hours a day, a few times a day.
I would probably run the fridge and freezer the entire time the generator is going.
Lock it up with cables and chains.

Running refrigeration fill the cabinets completely even if it's just water.
    Your refrigeration will cycle less.
