M6 ithaca

I have a m6 made by ithica arms and it is the usaf Survival Gun it hasn't been registered how can I sell this. I need the money for my kid I just had. I had gotten it from my dead dad. Idk what to do

Tough spot to be in. If it indeed has the 14" barrels and was not registered prior to the end of the grace period in 1968 then possession in the USA is illegal.
Canada might be a different story.

 

My suggestion is to find a firearms attorney.
Selling this in a face to face sale is probably illegal without the AOW tax stamp.
As for having a gun shop or other ffl do the sale and take a cut of the sale .. is it an option? I've no idea. I'm not an attorney but this firearm screams danger to me.

Unfortunately, BATFE has no provision for putting items on the registry after the deadline. Selling it would be illegal, possessing it is illegal and it could even be considered conspiracy to discuss it.
It royally sucks, but it is what it is.

 

Who is this Alaskakid and why are his first two posts concerning a firearm that may or not be highly illegal? This screams" trolling" and "set-up" to me!
