I know an old Korean war vet who claims they were delicious and is sad he can't get them any more. But I also saw a UK travel reporter cheerfully try one and promptly barf on camera so yeah, gonna pass on that culinary delight. Anyway the chicken feet link was more for using them in stock than snacks. The commentators who tried it seemed pleased with the results.
