Like we need to dig around, look for photos. All of them are black. Like pretty much always. So, just say it, always. If it wasn't for the "afro hairstyle" part with the second suspect, we would never know, unless we saw the photo or video. Descriptions are important, so be precise.
I watched the video and figured they didn't hit much. What are "drive-out tags"? Is that like a temporary tag you get from a dealership? I don't know about Memphis, but I don't see many red Jaguar SUV's around here
