I don't know about the others, but I know #2 won't work. It can't be encoded or sent. A phone will convert analog signals of 0 to 3600 Hz ( or thereabouts) to a digital signal. An RF signal from a keyfob won't even get encoded. it is WAY beyond the capability of the chip. If it would, the digital filtering in the phone would not pass the signal, because it's not at the same frequency the phone uses.

I guess I should have tried them out before posting. I did that this morning and here are the results.

#1 Works here in S. Texas
#2 This is the one I was the most skeptical about, No dice
#3 Doesn't work on my Cingular phone, but I have heard this about other models
#4 Yep. I had a tech on the phone one time and he told me how to do that. A lot faster then scrolling through the menu
#5 Yep. But it will come off of my minutes unless I am in my "Free time"

    So all-in-all, pretty much true.
