An aerial view taken on Sunday October 9, 2005 shows the earthquake worst hit town of Balakot, in Pakistan's North West Frontier Province, one day after a 7.6 magnitude earthquake hit the region. The 7.6-magnitude quake that struck Saturday in the mountainous Kashmir region flattened dozens of villages, killing farmers, homemakers, soldiers and schoolgirls, and triggered landslides that blocked rescuers from reaching many devastated areas. Another incredibly sad natural disaster. I wonder if AlQaeda will declare this retribution to the infidels of Islamabad or blame the US for the tens of thousands of deaths.
