I couldn't watch it either,it was on, I was reading the monkey instead of taking notes. When I looked up it was the lightest, fluffiest of interviews .. he admitted he made a few mistakes but the troops know they are involved in something important..otherwise it looked like any press conference, he said he makes the decisions as commander in chief And "he does the best he can..." Sorry look else where for hardhittin' analysis( cbs newswith kati couric? maybe).
Sounds like a broken record. Always the same things said to different music. I didn't know drones droned on this much about nothing. Seems he can't come up with anything original or he is only handed a few choice excuses that the American people will 'buy' according to his writers.
Yeah ,thats why I only gave it one ear: Interviewer asked/said "Well in vietnam troops did 365 days then they came home" Bush replies" that was a different war they were conscripts these people today are volunteers. " I heard that and went back to the monkey. poor folks he doesnt have any idea... bush went into a hall to meet with families of dead soldiers, the intervewer asks " how was that"?? Bush looked alittle shaken said"well that was tough"...
