New email scam, just got this one. I called the phone number and believe it or not, it is the CIA help desk and right off the top is a disclaimer that if you got a email from this guy, it is bogus. Don't download the attachment, it is a zip file.Guess I should quit surfing porn sites! What, the CIA help desk had a thing on their message that it was bogus? So did you find out the hard way by down loading it? Just curious what the questions were. They must be on to you hanging out with us awful gun folks.
DON'T open it!! The attachment is the octet-stream virus!!!! You might get one from the FBI, with similar phrases, same virus.
I didn't open it, my anti-virus wasn't up to date and wouldn't update, so I need to fix that. I did keep the virus in it's zipped form, anyone want it?
Yeah....... Like im going to open a Government e-mail........ Be like opening a E-mail from the twinkle toes guy himself.
haha, that's kind of funny. I would like to remind that dude making the email that the CIA is too busy smuggling drugs into the country and training terrorist cells to bother with emails for "illegal browsing". I think the FBI has a cybercrime task force set up just for that, however, but they mostly deal with cyber CRIMES. Still, this thread made me laugh terribly.
