I have put together, with help from some great folks around here, a photo tutorial on CD that shows how to butcher your own meat at home. It goes step by step from the kill through skinning, disemboweling, quartering, and cutting the meat for sheep, cattle, pigs and chickens with discriptions and pictures of each step along the way as well as of the tools. It also includes butchering charts, recipees and other helpful information. Its all on CD written in HTML so that any computer can run it useing the web browser.
