Go to World Net Daily. The IRS lost a case 21-0 by jury trail. They could not provide a law to prove tax liability. This person presented his case so well, they have no comment if a tax liability exists on earned wages. Title 26 doesn't back this up either. The commoners have found out that they have been screwed and they are at the castle of the king wanting their heads! This is the biggest scam of the century, besides 9-11. I want my money back. The Internal Revenue Service has lost a lawyer's challenge in front of a jury to prove a constitutional foundation for the nation's income tax, and the victorious attorney now is setting his sights higher.
"I think now people are beginning to realize that this has got to be the largest fraud, backed up by intimidation and extortion and by the sheer force of taking peoples property and hard-earned money without any lawful authorization whatsoever," lawyer Tom Cryer told WND just days after a jury in Louisiana acquitted him of two criminal tax counts. And before you consign him to the legions of "tin foil hat brigades" who argue against paying taxes, and then want payment to explain how to do that, he addresses the issue up front.

I wonder if he is willing to represent others who choose to follow his example free or based on their wages? If he openly made that offer I bet a LOT offolks would be willing to do the same. OTOH, unless you happen to be an attorney and can competently run your own defence then even though it would be illegal, if you dont have a couple million to pay a lawyer then dont pay the taxes and your property is stolen and you go to prison.

I would LOVE to see a group of lawyers start a foundation to back this up by representing anyone charged by the IRS for not paying the extortion pro bono. Then it would actualy be possible to have enouph of these cases to force the hand of the IRS to change things.....unfortunatly what they would most likely change would be the constitution since an amendment would be voted on by representatives not a popular vote and the reps wouldnt want to loose their pentions and paychecks if the gov couldnt afford to keep tossing around money right and left.
