Well yes and no. The middle one is a very expensive hand made throwing knife that my brother sold to me for a quarter. Long story but we don't give away knives ever, we buy them from each other for a minimum of 25 cents.

He bought it from the gentleman back in South Carolina about 15-16 yrs ago for a little over $300 then (he was still in the Navy and single so he could afford it). I seem to end up with all his knives anymore now that he is married and has kids.

My pride and joy is the Gerber that Tye gave me. All those knives except for the Gerber and Ka-Bar are hand made and I love them all.

But in a pinch I'll grab the Gerber first and the Ka-Bar second each and every time.

And these are but some of what I own - someday I'll actually lay out more of my knives. Most are just your everyday knives though I'm slowly collecting a few nice ones.

Plus of course my everyday work knives that I carry in the truck and car.

And if anybody happens to have a Gerber similar to this that they'd like to get rid of??? I'd be happy to buy it from them.

You'd better get to working on it E.L.

Though truth be known Valkman can out compete me when it comes to gorgeous knives.

I just have some plain off the wall ones. :D

TLynn.... I can't take credit for these knives.... Rob Simonich, Trace Rinaldi, and Bill Burke are the makers and the photos are professionally done.....
Here's a R.W. Clark that I really like that I scored as well....

Great having you here, Bear! I took your example and sent tapes for Cousin Jack to see as he got a grinder and is going to make some sharp pointy stuff. Neat!

I'm still in total awe of your knives.

Everything is way out of my price range - and they are just absolutely gorgeous!!!

That is SWEET! Haven't seen a Fowler close up yet. I'm going to call Loveless again soon and set a date to go see him. Gonna meet the MAN!
