    Serbian government press release

By signing agreement with EU Serbia would be agreeing to Kosovo independence

Belgrade, Feb 8, 2008 – Serbian Minister for Kosovo-Metohija Slobodan Samardzic spoke today with Stefan Lehne, special advisor to the EU High Representative for Foreign Policy and Security, Javier Solana.

Samardzic said that the Serbian government has received some relevant information stating that Kosovo Prime Minister Hasim Taci will illegally and unilaterally proclaim Kosovo’s independence on February 17.

Samardzic said that the EU was trying at any cost to sign any form of agreement with Serbia before February 17, as it would actually be the signature for Kosovo’s independence.

The Minister pointed out that Serbia’s signature would justify the seizure of 15% of its territory and be a violent contravention of the UN Charter and UN Security Council Resolution 1244.

He said that by signing any agreement with the EU at this moment, Serbia would be giving its consent to and legitimising the creation of a phoney state on its territory.

In particular Samardzic emphasised that Prime Minister Vojislav Kostunica will not give such a signature and that the EU cannot expect Serbia to sign off on Kosovo’s independence just before the proclamation of unilateral independence in the province announced for February 17, according to a statement.

Spent a year of my life in that crap hole. As far as I am concerned, that is the only way they will ever settle the problem there. Wall the entire area off, give them all weapons and the last one standing wins.

Yes, as a matter of fact, they are guardsmen from my state. The land belongs to the Serbs, but the muslim Albanians came in and squatted. The serbs tried to remove them and when they wouldn't go, they brought out the big stick, then Clinton stepped in. Now the place is overrun by Muslim peasants that don't have the education to run the industry, so if you give it to the serbs, they get it running again and muslim Albanians disappear. Give it to the Albaniacs and the place becomes a permanant welfare state that is only good for mafia transit routes for human slavery from south to north. I say nuke it!

I agree that the last standing should get to rule. Too many "wars" on too many fronts is just rediculous from even the most moronic strategy standpoint. I am wondering where some of these strategists got their education. Does Cracker Jack do strategist certifications now?
