    I just got a weaver K6 60-Bi, a tasco golden antler, 3x9x32, and a 4x15, along with 3 soft rifle cases for $20

now for my question, on the weaver when i look through the scope i can see the crosshairs, but as my eye focuses the crosshairs seem to disappear. i dont know if its me but i think its the focus of the scope.
    any pointers?

First put some synthetic thin lube on the focus lock ring and the exposed threads
that are at the "eyeball" side of the scope. Leave it overnight to penetrate and loosen any goo.
Loosen the lock ring and gently screw the "occular lens_ eyeball lens" of the scope in or out till
the cross-hairs are absolutley crisp. Then tighten the lock ring(finger tight is good).
    Viola!

    ps- good score!

Sounds like you got a good deal :)

The distance the scope is mounted from your eye will of course change the focus too....
