The study examined more than 1,000 police shootings from 10 large police departments in California, Florida and Texas. so thats 3 departments in LA, 3 in Miami and 3 in Dallas.... hmmm not much of a study tbh. . The darker states have a higher black population so.... his choices werent too bad but 1000 shooting incidents isn't that big of a number
