Sure, just check in one of the big box stores. I have an Energizer battery charger that plugs in AC and also has a cigarette lighter plug.
Saw an interesting article written on another site about using solar walk lights to recharge AA batteries. You need to watch what type you buy they must say on the box 3 volt. Just pull them apart (remove the screws) take the ones in there out and replace them with two AA's and there you go. So if you are going to buy them anyway you might as well buy the ones that say 3 volt on them, so you have the option.

I found a setup at Big Lots that has four AA batteries, a charger with wall wart and a 12v DC cord. Most of my stuff runs on AA so I have a few of these hanging around. Java
