Because of a combination of factors that made Iraq a fiasco in the press, our so-called experts telling us the Iraquis would welcome us as liberators, planted intelligence by Saddam and his inner circle to scare anybody away, and our failure to destroy the Fedayeen, Democrats could take the White House and one or both houses of Congress.
