Ok, sitting outside in beautifle fall type weather. gun discussion comes up and ....walla, I run home an pull out my last 3 additions to the arsenal......

my wife asks, "When did you get those?"

neighbor says, "I really need one of those."

His wife says, "I am interested, but can we take a class first"

    Sometimes, I amaze myself. [clp]

Respone to wife, (yours), "Oh, these old things?" then you bump the Crimson Trace laser grip and she just know's it can't be from your boyhood collection....

Now ladies, I had a 100% legitimate excuse. I sold a weatherby 7mm non-survival functional rifle for $1000. Bought both hand gun additions a couple weeks later. The 3rd addition my wife knew about because she wanted diamonds for christmas, i got her a sig .380. Fortunately, its still in my name since she hasn't been able to get to the range to learn to shoot. I broke it in for her to make sure it works.

Yes, the neighbors loved the S & W Airlight .38 Special with Crimson Trace laser. We had some tiki torches burning and when you we aimed the gun at the neighbors house (it seemed like a big enough target) , we could see the entire laser beam in the smoke.

BTW-never aim a laser in your eye. It burns your retinae (I am a laser [newb] )

Umm, Clyde - next time read the directions on lasers before playing with them okay? That's scary - you could of done serious damage to the retina.

As for the gun thing - it'z all good! I've got 3 gun safes. Let's not even go into the knife thing - I can't find them all (I know I set them down somewhere, I just don't remember where).

But when Tracy made the comment about shoes I couldn't resist...after all I do have to wear suits to work (somedays anyway) and shoes are a nice compliment to suits yes?

Could you imagine how much ammo I could buy for one pair of Italian shoes? Forget it I like my Italian shoes :D

yeah, i just spent my national match springfield M1A i was planning on buying on a new suit, shoes, shirt and couple of ties (yes, thats right). I mean, I look real good now  , but would feel better in fatigues and a rifle in my hands. [gun]

I'ld rather patch the blue jeans again and have the gun....and feet arent falling out of my boots yet so theyre still ok. Last time I spent $$$ on a good set of Redwings I went to work the next day and laid them open with a chain saw, the boss heard me cussing and thought I cut ME, I responded, "I wouldnt be so pissed if it was skin, that will heal and I can sew it, I just spent $$$ on these!". I still wore them for over a year before I got tired of stepping in puddles and haveing wet socks.

Ok. I broke down and bought yet another gun. This time a CVA Optima Pro .50 cal. The collection keeps growing like the shoes is someone's closet.
