Muslim group blasted for planning mass demonstration on Sept. 11 | Fox News

Sounds like they are being nice and assembling all in one place for us making it easy to clean out the infection. Target practice anyone?

More seriously, this shows we have lost the fight against radical Islam. The fact that they feel safe enough to brazenly celebrate the events of 9/11/2001 IN THE COUNTRY THEY ATTACKED means they believe they have won. And I don't care how they pitch it, this is not a demonstration to complain about religious profiling. It is a plain, simple, in-your-face "we beat you now lay down and die" party. If the muslims organizing this really believed the "we have been victimized" line, they would have 1) loudly, publicly, and immediately disavowed and condemned the actions of the terrorists on 9/11 (we only heard weak, backhanded apologies and don't blame us), 2) actively worked to clean out the terrorists from their midst, and 3) NEVER picked 9/11 as the date for their "protest". Victims my a**. All part of the Islamic tactic of making their enemy feel guilty for trying to defend themselves.

I just want to sum up my feelings by saying just one thing to these people: [finger]

Maybe they wanted 9/23/13... But the date was already taken by the "50 Million Christian March" (which has now been cancelled).

Give them all a parachute, a "I Love USA" Tee Shirt, and a hard shove or a kick in the a$$ and air drop them from C-17's into Egypt. With the great religion of Peace killing it's own there it should be worth filming to see how well they are greeted with open arms by their brethren.

I've always wondered why its never called less than "a million" march. Why can't it be One Hundred and Ninety-Eight thousand and 12 man march, or a bunch of men march and a few women tag along. Ah, the mysteries of the universe

This offends me. Actually it P me Off. So they say religious profiling but where were they on 9/11/01? they failed to call out and condemn the hijackers but now that we have a muslim president they can start playing the game. We are basically paralyzed from the race issue with colored people and now these _______'s are going to try to cripple us religiously. Anything but praising allah is going to be a huge no no.

I don't know Stang, the Christians have already lost four Crusades. The score is 4 and 0. Well, maybe if the crusaders hadn't spent so much time looting, and killing other Christians, they would have fared better.

Maybe the Christian's need to stop being so nice, the old do unto others stuff needs to be shelved when it comes to kicking @$$. And that folks is the issue. We are to darn nice. The Euros may say we are brash and arrogant but when it comes down to it, we are the most giving. We are a bunch of bigger hearted respectful people & we are getting our a--es handed to us.

Also remember that the Christians were, just about equal, in firepower, with the Muslims, during the time of the Crusades..... That is NOT the case today, in either Conventional, or Mass Destruction, Weapons..... The Christians have a significant advantage, in both, NOW, and for the near future. It all depends on if the Christians, are Blood Thirsty enough to follow the adage, "Kill them ALL, and let GOD sort them out." ...... YMMV....

The European crusaders of the eleventh and twelfth centuries would have felt right at home in this discussion. Seeking God's grace through thermonuclear weapons. Hallelujah! ;) [lolol]

And if they were here today they would all be tried for war crimes. Their religious zealotry led to many mass murders and crimes against humanity. In just one incident, they slaughtered to a person, men, women and children, over 30,000 muslims in the siege of Jerusalem. A fact that muslims still remember. We can't remember what happened ten years ago. They can trace their family tree back hundreds of years.

So can I. My wife does genealogy work for several family lines. She impressed my Grandmother enough, to hand over the reins to the family history. She found a line unknown, and a cousin to my Father.....living down my street. small world. We rub head stones, visit cemeteries, find family Bibles and indenturement papers at antique shops, and buy them to return to the families they came from, or it too dear, gather the info, locate the family, and let them know where to find it , and how much. We never charge for this, but rewards have outweighed expenditures so far.
Family Bibles were much more than just guidance. they were record keepers, property deeds, beginning readers, birth and death records, marriages were recorded there, children's names.
If a family bible still exists, that family should have it.[angel]

Most Middle Eastern families that I've known, both Muslim and Christian, seem to value their family and community histories more so than do most American families. They still value extended families, and can tick off all of their cousins - first, second, and third cousins, and beyond. They tend to remember and talk about selected bits of history affecting their region and ancestors to a much greater degree than do most Americans. A vague parallel would be the tenacious manner in which many southern families, in particular, remember their family's contribution to the Civil War, and the ravages that the war inflicted on their communities. It's easier to forget the history of a conflict when it was another person's land that was ravaged.

The two major Muslim sects, Sunni and Shia are based in a conflict on who was the direct line of succession after Mohammed. The one traces the lineage of his descendents while the other follows the line of his companions. More or less. So it is important to know exactly where your family comes from and it's succession.
My point was that to us something like the crusades is ancient history. To the cultures in the middle east it is like yesterdays news.
The crusaders also slaughtered thousands of Jews too. Not just Muslims.
