I think snopes is good for things like "is that 2 headed cat pic real" Was watching some things tonight and found some things that seemed to be real, (Mainstream media) yet were called false by snopes. Who does the checking for Snopes and do they update on things that were later told differently, (via FOIA or otherwise)? Here's one on 911 Did a bunch of Saudis and Bin Laudens fly out of the US on 9/12 and 9/13, while all other US flights were grounded? Snopes says no way: http://www.snopes.com/rumors/flights.asp But I found this that shows .gov admitting it did happen? http://www.sptimes.com/2004/06/09/Tampabay/TIA_now_verifies_flig.shtml and this from CBS: http://www.cbsnews.com/stories/2001/09/30/archive/main313048.shtml another... I found hundreds and all are credible... http://www.judicialwatch.org/3569.shtml So why does snopes say False?
