We have 2 vehicles, they are an 85 and an 87 chevy 1/2 to truck. We haul water and heat with wood as well as that we have critters (live stock) we have to haul feed for so a truck is a must and haveing a second one in case iether one goes down is also kind of important. Kind of like yesterday when I went back with the water tank to water the steer and ran over a log in the grass that busted the trani lines to the radiator so have to fix it in a couple days when I get money for parts, but at least had the other truck to do more water runs.

My old Chevy couldn't handle the heat here, so we went out 13 months ago and bought a new RAM 1500 Quad Cab Hemi. I like it. Had some flames put on it - I like them too! :D

I used to have dodges but hated paying close to double every time I needed a part because it was 'MOPAR' and didnt hold up any better if as well, Ive alwayse had great luck with being able to totaly [deadhorse] GMs and get every mile out of them. Even had a Malibu that I got with over 100K miles on it then put on another couple hundred thousand doing pizza deliveries and driveing across the city for collage classes and after it blew the motor and busted the heads I still drove it (smoke screen and all) for anouther month or more before it wouldnt go any more.

Nice Valk. I'd upgrade if I could get the rear doors to open like mine. My office is in my truck and I like being able to open front and rear from the same point. Someday I'll have to upgrade...sigh

    love the Flame Job!!!!

My 20 yr old daughter would absolutely love that truck Valkman...she is in college, studying to be a nurse anesthetist...and says the main reason she is going for the bucks is so she can drive the biggest, fanciest truck on the highway....

She is 5'2" tall and weighs 110 lbs...weekends she can be found either 4 wheelin or running the dogs for hunting season....

    I just love that kid...

Man, I would love any of those trucks!!!

I "had' to trade in my Chevy S10 (ain't much of a truck, but it was a truck) for the family minivan :(

Now I'm driving a 2000 Pontiac Grand Am GT. Nice get up and go, but it sits way to low to the ground for my liking.

    I've got three vehicles.
'85 Dodge Ramcharger 4X4 - about ten miles per gallon.
'91 Toyota Tercel - Mom's old car, gets 30MPG. My daily driver.
'05 Kawasaki KLR650 bike - first mileage estimate looks like about 48/50MPG - gotta work on that. Hoped for better!

its hard to find the right "ride" when you are a bard. This is a picture of my trusty steed.

Its tought to keep his socks clean, but he is a smoth ride who allows me to sing and play my lyre or guitar.

Let me guess... You named him Dale?

    ;)

(that would make him Clyde's Dale)

Yes, ladies, you are correct. That is Clyde's Clydesdale named Dale. Sometimes when I stum my lyre, I put my feet up with my head on his whithers and just let him follow the road. His favorite song is, "Country Roads" by John Denver.

Current rides are a 2002 Ford Excursion w/6.8L V-10 4X4 and a 2003 Ford Taurus. The Excursion stays parked a great deal of the time right now.
