Any one try these? Apparently there are several loadsfor these 1 3/4in shells including slug, #4 buck mix and #7 bird shot... seem like they would be nice to carry as you could haul almost twice as many rounds as standard size...
I did some research on these once upon a time. As I recall, Remingtons would eat them, but they were problematic in Mossbergs (they fell out).
They didnt cycle through my mossy 835. The mag held a lot of them but didnt function. Mini shells work great through my IZH coach gun. Very little recoil. Need to find some more...
They are specifically not a good idea in any pump or semi auto as they can easily jam. If you have a double barrel and want a low recoil load, go for it
