   I think it'd be neat to live in! I was surprised to see that they just didn't dig into the hillside, it looks to me that they dug out and reproduced it.
   
   They couldn't have had to deal with home and building inspectors.

   There are some counties still in the US that do not have building codes or code inspectors, The only required permit is for a septic system.
