    6 cents a roll Toilet paper tax

    What is the “Toilet Paper Tax”?
    In 1996, President Clinton passed a law on toilet paper, taxing each roll 6 cents and increasing the price of the product to 30 cents per roll. The price of toilet paper has not been this costly since the Desert Storm War in 1990.

    They'll never run out of excuses to levy a new tax. Now it's global warming. Yet no one can seem to explain, that if the earth is really heating up, how a tax and/or more federal regulations will magically stop the process.
