Pick up this cute little generator today, Runs and puts out voltage! I'm going to tune it up and change the oil. Should make a good back up power source.
The only thing that would concern me with that machine is parts availability. I'll go ahead and say they'll be scarce as hen's teeth, but I sure hope not.
Very nice score! I have a Honda 1400 watter vintage early 1990s my brother fished out of someone's garbage and passed along to me. I put about $150 into it for a new carb, gaskets, spark plug, pull cord spring. It runs great and is very reliable. To address @Merkun concerns about parts, this should be of help: Plano Power Equipment Online Store - Honda Generator Common Parts I bought all the stuff for my Honda there. They are good to do business with. Good luck...great item!
I'm actually thinking of getting my own generator to use for a trailer but I'm thinking if it would fit my cargo and Roll N Lock tonneau cover that I use for my Frontier.
