    farm journal,s freezing and canning cookbook---and you still can get it and it covers just about everything on preserving food if you get a copy you will understsnd

    mine was printed in 1978 or 1982 by ballantine books and was the new revised edition edited by Neil b Nichols and Kathryn Larson
