Those leftist maggots have been claiming to defend civil liberties for years. Now that Heller was decided, the ACLU has decided the USC has made a mistake and will not support the second amendment as an individual right.

Many members of the ACLU are ticked, and dropping their memberships! LOL

heheheh. The first sentence says it all. "re-interpretation" my hairy (___). This is the first time the right has been directly touched by the Court. Looks like the ACLU is now going to let internal policy dictate what is law and what is not.

That's what liberals do - try and push unpopular things into law by using the courts like with gay marriage. Now they lost that so they'll ignore it. The comments are great.

Sadly it took this case to show those Americans who were hoodwinked by the ACLU for years that they are "showing their true colors" when in fact they have been for decades by championing only perverts and socialists with their support for such disgusting groups like "The man boy love organization" and the oppression of religion and religious symbols ever year at Christmas time .

If they had even supported the 2A even in collective form surely they could have found many laws that they could and would have mounted a court challenge to .

Surely with all of the harassment local Militias suffered after the Oklahoma bombing they could have found one law to attack based on this supposed support for a collective right .

Fact of the matter is whether collective or individual they won't support either for all they truly support is Communist dictated disarmament of the masses .
