One week after the 2020 presidential election, The Conservative Treehouse received the following notification: …”given the incompatibility between your site’s content and our terms, you need to find a new hosting provider and must migrate the site by Wednesday, December 2nd. What does this mean? It means CTH is being kicked-off the WordPress website hosting platform because the content of our research and discussion does not align with the ideology of those who define what is acceptable speech and what is not. What was our violation? After ten years of brutally honest discussion, opinion, deep research and crowdsourcing work -with undeniable citations on the events we outline- there is no cited violation of any term of service because CTH has never violated one. as more are kicked to the curb, I'll post here.

this is normal for what appears to be on the way........ happened everywhere socialism/communism/democratic socialism has been tried... in some places it's still in effect... the "we don't want your kind here" type of thing... expect worse in the future... and pray for better I guess???
Free Republic is now down hard.- cannot ping the server even. edit update was down owing to software configuration glitch - they moved to a new host site.& had iisues with LAMP setup.
Parler has been deplatformed to the extent I don't know how they even operate at this point. Most of the payment processors won't touch them, they were kicked off their original servers, etc. I'm surprised you can still download the app from Google Play but I'm sure they'll be booted from there soon as well now that you have the bobbleheads on CNN screaming that Parler is a threat to democracy for allowing conservatives to speak freely. One of the voices in my head is arguing that Gab was the one who got strangled but actually I think both have been.
I can't say I am surprise. And, I know you won't see this in the news, it will simply happen quietly a thousand different places probably at the same time and we'll wake up one morning and they are all gone.

I fully expect something like the Great Firewall of China to be implemented here if Biden gets into the WH. He's already surrounding himself with people who praise the censorship coming from Twitter/FB/IG. They can't shut down every little site, plus most will just move to offshore servers out of US jurisdiction, but they can restrict access to "sensitive content". And yeah yeah I know, everyone here knows how to get around it. Drop in the bucket compared to the numbers who won't understand how to bypass.

A couple of my favorite channels have all but been booted from youtube because of content they find questionable, or in some cases, it doesn't tow the party line with the powers that be! One of them has been defunded and censored several times, all for NO reason but to discriminate, which is obvious, as that person was making a lot off youtube with their videos being as popular as they are! They have since switched over to the other hosting sights and seem happy, except they are not getting the income stream they have through youtube!
There is no Free Speech in the US as we know it and anytime you say something out loud or write something that is not in agreement with the Media you risk personal trouble for yourself. For me this is just not worth it any more.
