Interesting, they never attack military or government, only civilians. I guess this one is for the history books? Call me slightly skeptical but at the same time, somehow optimistic.
Well, not quite. There was that muslim Major at Fort Hood back in 2009. Or does that count, since he wasn't necessarily a member of Isis?
Well, military members definitely have opportunity and the impact of such an incident is tremendous by causing distrust throughout the military of other Muslims in the military.
It is, I believe, called Sudden Jihad Syndrome. Seen all the time all overt he US. Please note that in the article, FBI was involved early on 'helping' this loon get ready....
Yeah, I remember that one. I was in Iraq at the time, but I do recall the event now that you mention it. I would call it a special case.
Didn't the military police stop one before a shot was fired? Can't recall where, but the planned attack had been on a unit in formation, firing a rifle from high ground.
Calling this a military base is kinda of a reach. It's mainly a design/repair center. It's like 160 acres or a quarter of a square mile. It backs up to part of GMs Warren tech center and at least back in the 80s there was like a 8 foot high chain link fence separating them. It's basically in the middle of Warren.
Yeah, US Army Tank and Automotive Command isn't really a base, nor was the security very good when I was there in the late '80s.
Feds: Melvindale 19-year-old planned mass shooting at army base in Warren on behalf of ISIS https://www.reddit.com/r/HumansAreM...is_mp_stopped_a_terrorist_attack_while_being/ I didn't think my memory was failing. You just don't hear these things on the news. They don't fit the narrative.
That Reddit post is inaccurate. Typical for Reddit. She didn't kill the terrorist, others did. But she did manage to hit the gate button after being shot. Navy police officer shot, suspect dead in 'terrorism-related' base shooting Also, I don't see the reason to focus on these lone wolf attacks. We should all know by now that terrorism is funded and promoted by the CIA and politicians, hell they train them here at our universities. I think what I was referring to by mentioning it's strange they stopped an attack on a government outlet of any kind, is that the .GOV wouldn't attack its own. Kind of tongue in cheek. Most folks don't get it.
