Kroger, Castleberry, I would have to say no, they have different levels of things you can have sent to you, I get weather and Homeland Security alerts plus local government alerts. I would not send it to a cell phone if you pay for incoming text messages, just the sever weather alerts get very text filled by nature. But no spam so far, I've signed up for this about a year ago.
