    Another Cali infringement Law.
DOJ Cali, not a good plan to have in place.
    Makes it difficult to ship.
I'll never buy a Gun from any dealer in California.
California is killing off Gun Dealers.
Even if a out of state dealer returns a gun they must first register with CALI DOJ for "Permission" to ship to California.

if there's no state law to prevent it >>> it's a logical step in the future confiscation - along with it goes a law that requires serial # transfer weapon paperwork be submitted & filed - when they come for that weapon there's no gaming involved >>> it's the weapon or you

Yet Cali says they do not have to abide by Federal Laws.
But they want to make state laws that affect other states.
Sounds like sedation of the masses to me.
    One opioid at a time.
Yupper organized gun grab at any time they choose.

    OR

    Sedition

"Sedition is overt conduct, such as speech and organization, that tends toward insurrection against the established order. Sedition often includes subversion of a constitution and incitement of discontent towards, or resistance against established authority. Sedition may include any commotion, though not aimed at direct and open violence against the laws."

Some people I know personally are doing just that.
The leftist government there is turning that place into a rat-infested third world $hithole. I really wish they would hurry up and secede

In 1970 as I exited the US Mil I quicly headed back to Texas.
Never looked back, I could smell the rot in the air.

I was only a Molotov Cocktail toss from Berkley. Went there as a courtesy for a friend visiting from the great NW. Had no idea what was happening.

Viewed the chaos and decided that I had not served in the cold/hot wars to put up with a bunch of brain washed children throwing a tantrum.

Whatever am I going to about all of those guns that I sold during the Great Recession to pay bills and to try and keep my small business afloat?
