No. One can take advantage of physics and make demonstration projects that appear to work for a short period of time but you have to deal with friction, heat and component wear that will eventually stop the system. Put a real load of a couple hundred watts .. she's going to stop. No free lunches no matter what the democrats say.
The only on demand free energy is firewood or coal if you have a coal mine or gas if you have a gas well. Everything else available everywhere is diffuse and internment like solar, wind, low drop hydroelectric and geothermal. If you pick the right spot you can have hot geothermal or high drop hydroelectric.
