Have you ever heard tell of a couple of Master BladeSmith’s named Adam & Haley DesRosiers who live near Petersburg, Alaska? They make some of the best Damascus Blades around... They are good friends and used to be neighbors of ours, back in the day... Adam grew up with our son...

Some nice looking stuff ,, but i didnt get to see everything,, it would let me look at a little bit,, and then i couldn't see anymore until I registered , signed in , or logged in with fake book ,, any site that sells stuff , and i have to register, or go thru fake book or similar just to look ,, is basically dead to me. I can understand putting info in if I'm buying,, but not to look. But i did like what i got to see.

BT, your friends makes some beautiful steel. I especially like the twist wire dagger, a real piece of art.

Send them a note via email @Seacowboys ... Adam makes what he calls “An Alaskan Bush Knife” that is as good as anything I have ever used at home... and it is a “ Work of Art” as well... Their knives are NOT Cheap... I certainly can NOT afford them, but their quality and workmanship are Top Notch...

I love the way they pass it forward after the help they got when their shop burned. I'll certainly email him and his wife and tell them what fine looking tools and mention you recommended their work.

Years ago, I bought a piece of scrap Damascus steel with intentions of making a couple of knives out of it. Every few years I run into it and the drawings...
