I'd be willing to bet you could buy it then salvage EVERYTHING of value and make a profit. BUT it would probably take a few years. I'm still holding out for my island with a former nuke silo.
My first thought was to turn at least few of the dishes into Sterling solar generators. But upon reading , the dishes remain active and off limits.
