Fascists are happy to allow 'private ownership' so long as the State tells (dictates to) you how to run your business.....

If Fascism has arrived, as I believe it is starting to, then that means we now have a Communist government brought in by Socialism. We subsidize something like $15 per hamburger already, but only for McDs.

Socialism is always first. Free health care, social security cards, worse retirement plans called 'improvements' etc. We have all of this.

Communism comes next. We have this too.

Fascism is the authoritarian powers smashing the people. Just imagine Orwell's boot stomping on the face of mankind forever. This is just starting and you can see it with CIA illegally working in the borders of the US. You can see it with FBI raiding private peoples homes for a diary. You can see it with the creation of 'departments' not authorized in the Constitution. The law says we have the 2nd amendment but they have violated it over and over. First amendment? Violated. Name one and I will show you an example of it being blatantly violated by our "law and order". They are liars and hypocrites who don't follow the rules they make up daily.

We are not slaves. Even if we were enslaved there are many of us who would rather fight to the death than be slaves. Once we are gone, the remaining few will have the worst miserable lives you could imagine, but better to die on your feet than to live on your knees. Everyone needs to figure that out.

Fascism has been creeping along for a long time, I see it in the agriculture and food system because I dwell primarily in the agriculture and food systems. It all starts with information and data bases, then rules and regulations (promulgated or not), then enforcement and fines and penalties. It all on the surface sounds great and makes the world a better and safer place. The FSMA (Food Safety Modernization Act) during the Obama Admin placed huge burdens on people like my self, did little to nothing to improve food safety or production safety. It DID give the FDA a whole range of new powers of rule making and penalizing as well as greatly increasing and arming the enforcement arm of the agency. The cost of compliance both in terms of time and money is insane now days if you want to do business with grocery stores, restaurants, or institutions. About 98% of it is Paperwork, Reporting and record keeping........ Like you had better be able to identify which field, row and plant a questionable tomato came from.

The Next one gearing up as it does every 5 years is the USDA Farm Census USDA announces details for the upcoming Census of Agriculture This used to be a very short and general 1 page survey the size of a postcard. The 2017 Farm Census was I believe 36 pages of very detailed questions that *Must Be Answered truthfully under the penalty of law* Wanting to know exactly what you produce, how much, what you sold it for, what your net profit from it were. Any land you did not have in production, why it was not in production, what your sales and net profits from said land would have been if it were in production. How many trees on the property, what species, the number of each species. 30+pages of crap like that with the last page having two paragraphs explaining that lying to the Federal Government is a crime punishable by blah blah and another section advising that failure to return this signed and dated census would result in the loss of any and all subsidies, payments and benefits that your farm is enrolled in and a $100 fine. A neighbor refused to comply with the 2017 Census and her CRP Contract on 20 acres was terminated for non compliance and they forced her to pay back everything that had been paid to her under the contract + a 20% penalty. The Non Compliance was not filling out the 2017 census and returning it completed and signed. That was $31,500 paid to her under the contract over 9 years of the 10 year contract plus another $6,300 for the 20% penalty. The County board decided against her in her appeal, The ALJ ruled against her, Federal Court 1 ruled against her and she was up to $27,000 in lawyer fees and court cost and decided not to take it to the appellate court as it would have cost another $30,000+ to appeal it and most likely would still lose.

I refused to fill mine out and that began a 90 day constant stream of phone calls and visits from the FSA office complete with threats to penalize my subsidies and payments from the USDA and NCRS....... I am one of the 12% that does not engage in taking farmer welfare of any flavor, No Subsidies, No ACRE, No Crop Insurance, No Disaster Payments, No CRP, No wetlands program NOTHING so I told them over and over go ahead penalize away. It did result in My meat broker license Poultry Exemption and a couple of certifications being revoked. I simply obtained those same licenses, Exemptions and Certification under the T5R Inc. instead of me personally. Farm and Corporation are different and separate entities, farm sells the live animals and produce to the Corporation for processing and end sales. I also dropped USDA inspected everything and changed to IDOA State inspected everything and removed the Feds from my operation near totally. Not that IDOA is much better policy wise but they are very under staffed and do good to keep up with processing plant inspections. Drawback to State Inspected VS Fed Inspected was I could no longer sell or do business across State Lines.

Those are just a couple of ways things are manipulated by the Central Federal Government behind the scenes. There is a cost to defying the Central Government, for the neighbor it was a big chunk of money. For me it was a loss of about 25% of my revenue that was lost in Evansville and STL sales. If you are a Farmer on the Grant and Subsidy Teat it is risking losing or having those programs penalized or getting booted out of them with fines and penalties.

Why wouldn't I just fill it out and sign it and send it in??? Lets say I said I had 1005 trees on the property (Which is exactly how many mature trees I have on the property) And the FSA office sends their arborist out to count my trees and comes up with 2005 trees because they counted 2-3 inch diameter saplings as trees........ I then lied to the federal government under the penalty of law. Sound ridiculous right??? Consider the times we are living in and the crazy and stupid shit the Central Federal Government does now days in their ever expanding over reach. LOL they have been coming at me trying to get the lake under the control of the NCRS for 3 weeks now. And are quite pissed off that I did not consult with them and design and build the lake with their *Partnership* And they would even still pay for the lake construction and pay me a pretty fat annual check every year if I just would enroll it in a land trust with them and give them full decision making authority over everything with the lake. LOL they got even more pissed when I had checked with every agency I might need a permit from and have written statements that I did not require any permits to construct the lake mainly due to the source of the fill water and how it flows . They had the Corp of Engineers out trying to nail me on not getting a corps of engineers permit. The Dam is not tall enough and the final water depth will not be deep enough to require a Corps of Engineers inspection or permit. The two engineers that came out did compliment me on the Overkill of the dams thickness and the spillway construction and how it flows away from the base of the dam. But at the end of the day its water depth and dam height that trigger the permit NOT Surface area. The only permit I really might have been required was a EPA permit and it kind of surprised me that I didn't have to get one. But they said I am only temporarily catching run off water from precipitation that fall on my property and the natural flow will resume when the lake is filled and I am not blocking or restricting any live or regularly flowing stream year round stream. So no permit required. I have learned what pissed NCRS off is that I did all of the permit checking myself rather than using them to check it all and give their approval. The FSA itself is pissed because the lake took 14.75 acres of arable cropland out of production for all time. Very productive cropland but also very erodible crop land that they annoyed me about 3-4 times per year about putting in a CRP contract because it is highly erodible land...... Which would have taken the same 14.75 acres + out of crop production LOL.

The bottom line is the Government wants us little guys gone and in the history books. They can't control us, they make life damned hard for us, they make rules and regulations that are designed to cut us off at the knees, and they impose cost of compliance that is a major burden for us but not a big deal for the giant consolidated farms. What they really want is for us to fold and our property to be sold and consolidated into the giant farms. Those farms are easy to control, monitor and keep in check.

Make no mistake the Federal Government has full control over 88% of all of the agriculture and food production in the USA and that % grows a little more as those of us they consider to be "Renegade Operations" Fold, Die or Retire. Incentives, Subsidies, Grants, Threats, Intimidation and Penalties are their tools of manipulation and control over food and crop production. Then after that you get into the FDA and they pretty much just threaten and intimidate. A large part of the reason I hung it up and sort of kind of as far as the Government is concerned Retired, is because I am so sick of the Feds crawling up my backside every time I turn around. I invited this last round of up my bung knowingly when I built the second biggest private body of water in the County the biggest is you count the two ponds I am building above the lake About 26 acres of the original 40 acre tract of land I bought here will be underwater and out of Federal Control and management. Nothing a local Federal official hates more than seeing something they do not have control over :)

I would say 90% or more of the USA Citizens have no clue just how controlled and manipulated the entire Food and Agriculture system in America is behind the scenes. Probably the only thing more controlled than Food and Ag is the WATER. This didn't just happen over night it has been a very progressive, sometimes fast but usually very slow grinding wheel that has been in play since FDR. LOL Fascism has been grinding us for a very long time just slowly and persistently and most people don't even see it, they just accept it and carry on. Right now is just one of the fast progressions that is more noticeable. But make no mistake things happen because they are manipulated and encouraged to happen, these times are not just random wild cards tossed into play. One of the Feds most powerful tools is FEAR and they are peddling a lot of fear that motivates and manipulates people in the direction they want the herd to run.

I just throw those survey things in the trash. Only thing that grows up at the shack is tree's and a garden. I don't sell the trees or any produce from the garden. The fud's have no stack in my land and the county gets my tax's.

I did get a letter from the state water board about registering my water well. To protect my water rights. Still need to follow up on that.

Just wait till you "Restore" a functional Grist Mill and start processing grains and other food stocks! Nevermind it's 100% privately owned and on private property, the gov wants control of it and they want to tax it! Being a Rogue, I went round and round with them and eventually won out, they got super pissed because it's grandfathered in to the original homestead, and dosnt effect the water rights in the area! Basically, they can't touch the production because it's all local and no cash ever changes hands it's all done as "Favors" or trade!

It will be interesting to see if these Fast-Food places start closing shops in California because I truly wonder if they can afford to remain profitable... It would be funny as hell if California has to reverse itself to keep burger places in Commieland LOL!

As far as if we are turning Fascist or even into Communists - yes - absolutely yes, and it's quite obvious if you take the time to not only look but see.

NY state governor Kathy Hochul recently said that if Republicans in NY state didn't like the way she was running the state, they were welcome to leave. :eek:o_O

Since the Dems control both sides of the state assembly too, I'd say she's pretty much a fascist. Just like her predecessor, Cuomo. They run the state like their personal fiefdom!

The irony, of course, being that she's too foolish to understand, that that's precisely why the state lost so much population, between the 2010 & 2020 census. People were sick and tired of Cuomo's shenanigans, and companies were sick and tired of being taxed to death, so they moved out of the state....oftentimes, moving their people with them!

I'm sure Bill Gates being the largest farm land owner in the US has nothing to do with this at all. Once they get rid of people like you they can focus on driving the rest of the farms out of business with papers and fees and regulations. After all those people who take that "free money" are by definition slaves. Once they crush the small farms Bill Gates farm land will be worth a LOT more. This is why the Dutch farmers are rioting. You want to see how to win look at what they are doing. This has all happened before but people forget.

They can't get rid of guys like me, just create headaches for us and try to make us throw in the towel and walk away and failing that just wait for us to die out. I have 120 acres here the 40 original farm and a 40 North and a 40 South and adjacent to the original. I paid $900 per acre for the Original, $1100 per acre for the North and $1500 per acre for the South. Current appraised value is $7700 per acre Arable Fam land has done nothing but consistently gone up in value. In large part because of the billionaires buying massive amounts of land, but also the Chinese, The Saudi's, the British, The Big Insurance Companies and the Red Dot Indians. Also the big mega farms buying every tract of land they can get their hands on and buying each other out. 4 years ago there were 7 big farms in my area (Everyone calls them the ruling royalty locally) The biggest had 26,700 acres and today there are 6 and the biggest now has 37,000 acres. It is looking like in another couple years there will be 5 left and the biggest will pick up another 9,000 acres. Not Bill Gates driving the Farm Land prices up here, it is the ruling royalty locally that is driving the land prices up. On the small 5-40 acre wooded tracts it is the Urban folks buying them up for hunting and recreation.

What is my selling price on my land............ No one has enough Money so no point even thinking about selling it. This 120 acres would cost even Bezos a lot more than he will ever have :)

Back in the 1970s and 1980s the largest owners of Ag Land in the the USA was insurance companies. And all of the conspiracy crap then was about them taking over the food blah blah. Now days the big conspiracy is Bill Gates Zuchenberg Bezos, and on and on buying land to control the food. What they are really doing is the same thing the insurance companies have done for decades. Buying a tax sheltered asset that has track record of positive growth and provided annual income that is heavily supplemented by the tax payers via the USDA. The exact same reason investment groups buy heavily in to ag land and either crop lease it or hire people to farm it to increase the return on investment. Same wore out conspiracy theories with different names. The same reason I buy land that I could care less about and hold it until it doubles and triples in price and then sell it at a profit that covers the capital gains and still gives me a healthy profit. And NO Bill Gates does not have enough money to buy my core farm out because it is NOT FOR SALE at any price :) Some of us simply can't be bought or compromised, every person has their price is a myth created by the majority that can be bought sold and traded.
