Just wanted to say I'm excited to join and find new sources of knowledge. Whether it be prepping, survival or just fun facts. Relatively new and an individual prepper and planner who's dragging my wife along into it as well. I've built out my vehicle to have all kinds of fun stuff! Mainly interested in survival, bushcraft and vehicle bugout. In addition, I'm an EDC nerd.

Welcome aboard from coastal North Carolina. Sounds like the kind of enthusiasm I had when I realized that bugging out around here was more likely to be from storm surge than societal collapse. I tried to be the classic "gray man" back then. Very low profile. Now that I'm an old gray man, nobody pays me any attention and I just shuffle around doing my thing. I'm pretty much invisible...except here in the monkey tree. Loads of cool stuff to learn about in the resources here. Lots of experienced folks who are happy to help. We're like a happy little dysfunctional family here. Pull up a branch and tell us a story. Looking forward to hearing about your cars rig and you EDC. Both of mine are ever-evolving, as my situation and needs change.
I'm sorry to hear that. You could always move. Couldn't resist. I spent entirely too much depressing time in the VA hospital in Fayetteville. I have no love for the place. Sorry.
